  Change lane — arrows / A-D, or tap either side.
• ▼
  Lift — hold ↓ / S, or press and hold. Sheds speed so you can sit in a vehicle's wake. Costs distance, saves charge.
• P Esc
  Pause — P or Esc; Esc closes this guide first. H opens it, C swaps camera, M mutes, R restarts after a crash.

⚡ Charge up

• Small Cell — +10% battery. Everywhere.
• Charge Pack — +25%. Usually one risky lane over.
• Fusion Core — +50%. Parked inside danger. Worth it.
• Overcharge — above 100% you glow, score ×2, but charge burns off fast. Spend it.

☠ Dangers

Nothing kills instantly — everything taxes your battery. 0% ends the run.

• EMP Pylon — purple roadside tower. Shockwave ring: −15% and scrambles your HUD. Distance is the dodge.
• Harvester Drone — red drone latches on and siphons 2%/s. Shake it: two quick lane changes.
• Ferrofluid Spill — black magnetic tar. Slows you, doubles drain inside.
• Hardlight Gate — red = solid (−20%). Blue = pass. Thread the last blink for +50.
• Tesla Arc — coils crackle, then lightning across the scorched lanes. −15%.
• Traffic — pods weave, buses and trucks hold their lane, all slower than you. Rear-end = −8%, lost speed, and a repulsor shove into the next clear lane. Early on their turn signals are honest… farther out, they lie. Stay against one and it keeps hitting you — there is no free ride through.
• Light bikes — the only traffic faster than you, and they keep coming in bigger packs the further you get. They pass from behind as well as ahead, chain swerves across several lanes at once, and both their indicators and their bodies lie — a bike will stab halfway out of its lane and snap back just to make you flinch. They will not cut into your lane from your blind side. Everywhere else, they will.

🔋 EV tech

• Charging Lane — ride the weaving amber coil strip: +3%/s. It keeps changing lanes on purpose.
• Drafting — tuck into a vehicle's shimmering wake: −40% drain while you dare to stay. You are faster than they are, so hold the lift or you punch straight through it.
• Regen — every forced slowdown recovers +2%. Slowing down is never a total loss.
• Combo — every 140 m without a hit raises the multiplier, up to ×4. It multiplies your score, the charge every pickup gives you, and your battery's ceiling. Driving clean is how you refuel.
• Near-miss — +50 for passing danger one lane over.
